We produce tools for plastic and rubber injection completely in our tool shop, excluding electroerosion cutting which is usually being cooperated. However, even this technology should be part of our equipment by the end of 2014 and that will complete the action range in our tool production.
We ensure and control quality of our parts with 3D measuring device Sheffield.
Production itself goes on three CNC milling centers (see CNC machining), one electroerosion CNC machine (see CNC Sparkling) and other common machining tools (grinders, drilling machines, lathes).
95% of made tools are subsequently tested directly in our plastics production and customer receives tool with FOT samples.
